mConsent Integration

How To Enable

The steps in both sections must be completed for the mConsent integration to work properly.

In Mango Voice:

  1. Log into admin.mangovoice.com as an Administrator
  2. Click Integrations on the left
  3. Click on the blue Learn More button next to Custom webhook for Mango events v2.0
    • Or if it is an orange Integrated button, click on that
  4. For Remote ID, enter: srs-mango-events
  5. For Callback URL, enter: https://practiceadmin.securehealthform.net/MangoEventHandler/call_event_handler
  6. For Event Selectors, select:
    • Call Log
    • Line Extension State
    • Call Queue
    • Voicemail
    • Integration Message
  7. Click the blue Update Integration button
  8. Make sure that the Status in the upper-right is set to On

In mConsent:

  1. Copy the Authorization Key from Mango Voice
  2. Paste it in mConsent's setting Mango Call Pop
