Log In and Out of Queues

Why use this?

Agents can receive calls from a queue on any web browser using the Mango Web App

Note: The agent's extension needs to be assigned to a Queue in the Admin website.

 

Using Agent Mode

Enabling Call Center Agent Mode lets you join a queue as soon as you log into the Web App. It also gives you additional features like showing you your current agent status.

 

Using Star Codes

Login to the Queue

To log an agent into the web phone:

  1. Click on Web Phone in the Sidebar Navigation
  2. Enter *10 into the phone number field
  3. Press the Call button
  4. The agent will hear a confirmation message that they have logged in

Logout of the Queue

To log an agent into the web phone:

  1. Click on Web Phone in the Sidebar Navigation
  2. Enter *10 into the phone number field
  3. press the Call button
  4. The agent will hear a confirmation message that they have logged out

Q&A

What does *10 and  *11 do when I have multiple queues?

  • Calling *10 will log you in to all queues that you are assigned to
  • Calling *11 will log you out of all queues that you are assigned to
