Intermedia Call Forwarding

How to forward calls from Intermedia to Mango Voice.

  1. Log in to the Intermedia Web Portal:

    • Go to the Intermedia login page: Intermedia Login.
    • Enter your username and password.
    • Click on the “Login” button.
  2. Navigate to the VoIP Management Section:

    • Once logged in, locate the navigation menu.
    • Find and click on the "Voice Services" or "Phone System" option (the exact terminology may vary).
  3. Select Your Business Number:

    • In the Voice Services section, locate the list of phone numbers assigned to your account.
    • Find the business number you want to forward calls from and click on it to open its settings.
  4. Access Call Forwarding Settings:

    • Within the settings for your business number, look for an option labeled "Call Forwarding," "Forwarding Settings," or something similar.
    • Click on this option to open the call forwarding settings.
  5. Set Up Call Forwarding:

    • In the call forwarding settings, you should see options to configure how and where calls are forwarded.
    • Select the option to forward all calls.
    • Enter the external number you want to forward calls to, including the area code.
  6. Save Your Changes:

    • Once you have entered the external number, look for a “Save,” “Apply,” or “Update” button and click it to save your changes.
  7. Verify Call Forwarding:

    • To ensure that call forwarding is set up correctly, you might want to place a test call to your business number and verify that it is being forwarded to the external number you specified.

If you encounter any issues or the options appear differently in your Intermedia portal, refer to the Intermedia support documentation or contact their customer support for assistance specific to your account and setup.
