How to Transfer (Port) Your Number to Another Provider

To transfer your phone number(s) from Mango Voice to another provider, you need to have your new service provider initiate the port request. The number(s) need to be active with Mango Voice before you can make this request. 

When requesting a port out with your new provider, you will need to provide the following information:

  • Mango Voice Account Number

  • Company Name

  • Authorized Name

  • Service Address

You will need to provide this information to your new service provider exactly how it is listed on your account or the port request will be rejected. Most of the information should be visible on your recent invoice, however, you can contact the porting department to request your Customer Service Record (CSR).
