GoToConnect (Jive) Call Forwarding

Their Dial Plans are simmilar to Mango Switchboards

1. Go to Phone Numbers and see which dial plan the phone number routes to
   a. If it doesn't route to a dial plan, then create one and route the main number to it after making the following edit.

2. Edit the dial plan so that it only goes to an external transfer of the temporary number with a timeout of 120 and pass through the caller id.

3. Repeat for any other numbers you're forwarding.
